My first corporate role was with PwC in Zurich managing strategic projects. It brought my talent for implementing digital innovations to life. I loved the challenge to find solutions to optimize usage and efficiency with technology. This experience led me to a role as the Head of Change Management for one of the world's largest SAP implementations at Nestle in their Sao Paolo and Milan offices impacting over 30,000 end users.
For the last decade at UBS, I’m honored to have the opportunity to work with great people who are supportive of my ideas. As Global Program Architect, I’ve co-created a worldwide change program designed for women, to help them reach their financial goals. Within the first year we had 120 ambassadors, over 1,000 high profile members in the community, and created a financial product to invest in gender equality. It reached over 140m CHF in 8 months. I want women to know where they stand financially, help them to have a sense of financial security. And I want to accelerate the closure of the stubborn economic gender gap.
As a mentor, I put time and resources behind other out of the box ideas and innovations. I believe entrepreneurship is a mindset, regardless if you are independent or in the corporate world. It is about believing in yourself, blazing new trails and inspiring others.

Meet the Author of “FinTech Innovation” and discuss dollar and sense of Knowledge Digitisation.
FinTech innovation is the opportunity to master a global shift in financial services, as their business models are due to transform from transactional revenues to the offering of added-value propositions across banking and insurance pillars, caused by reduced profitability of interest rate margins and a shift towards fee-based revenues. This shift is not easy and success requires to look beyond disruption towards sustaining innovation, centred on the the digitisation of knowledge which allows banks and fintech to explain the new value proposition; while digital payments are the new entrants’ gateway to all financial services relationships centred on personal journeys and experiences. We will provide constructive criticism to the fintech ecosystem, and learn which products or solutions will ultimately justify the fees at the crossroads between behavioural finance, digital innovation, regulation and financial technology.
